Assistant Professor of Microbiology - Microbial Physiology and/or Synthetic Biology

The Department of Microbiology (microbiology.osu.edu) at The Ohio State University invites applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level in the areas of microbial physiology and/or synthetic biology. The successful candidate will establish an independent research program and contribute to teaching in the Department of Microbiology. Research interests of our faculty include microbial physiology, molecular biology, environmental microbiology and ecology, pathogenesis, and microbiome science.
