Program Manager, Doctoral Student Professional Development

The Program Manager for doctoral professional development is responsible for developing professional development content and programming tailored to doctoral students across both the Charles River and Medical Campuses. This position will support the expansion of programming offered by Professional Development & Postdoctoral Affairs to create new offerings for graduate students.

The Office of Information Technology is seeking a knowledgeable ServiceNow Administrator to help launch Auburn University as a ServiceNow leader in higher education. As a part of the ServiceNow team, this position is responsible for leveraging IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management, and IT best practices to help optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of University-related service fulfillment, resource management, and end-user engagement.
