Research Assistant Professor - Genome Sciences

The Department of Genome Sciences and the Brotman Baty Institute for Precision Medicine at the University of Washington (UW) School of Medicine seeks 1 full-time Research Assistant Professor (non-tenure eligible) to establish a long-term collaboration with Dr. Jay Shendure. This position will direct a research program around the design/synthesis of large-scale DNA molecules of arbitrary sequence and their subsequent delivery to cells.

This award is named in honor of the late Marilyn Yarbrough, Kenyon's parent, and trustee. A legal scholar and university administrator who was a former editor of the Black Law Journal and a member of the Pulitzer Prize Board, Marilyn Yarbrough often addressed gender and racial discrimination in her scholarship and teaching.
