Program Director for Science, Engineering, and Technology

The American Academy of Arts and Sciences invites qualified candidates to apply for the John E. Bryson Directorship in Science, Engineering and Technology (SET). With guidance from the Chief Program Officer (CPO), the Program Director for SET will work with Academy Fellows and senior staff to develop and carry out policy and research initiatives related to the areas within their portfolio.

Membership in the School of Mathematics

With generous support from the National Science Foundation, the Institute for Advanced Study (IAS) School of Mathematics selects approximately 85 Members per year. The School welcomes applications from mathematicians and theoretical computer scientists at all post-doctoral career levels, and strongly encourages applications from underrepresented groups and mid-career scientists (6-15 years from Ph.D.). Natural Resources Finance - Associate or Full Professor of Practice

The Nicholas School of the Environment at Duke University seeks an Associate or Full Professor of the Practice in Natural Resources Finance. This position is a 9-month, regular-rank, non-tenure track position. At Duke, the intent is that Professors of the Practice will have a long-term contractual relationship with the University. Applicants should have a PhD or other doctorate in a relevant field. Professional experience with natural resources finance is required, with strong preference for experience in the private sector.
