Implementation Scientist - Assistant Professor of Primary Care and Population Health

The Division of Primary Care & Population Health (med.stanford.edu/pcph.html) in the Department of Medicine at Stanford University seeks an Implementation Scientist to join the division as Assistant Professor in the University Medical Line or University Tenure Line. We are particularly interested in candidates with the ability to bridge service barriers with evidenced-based implementation strategies that are patient-centered and influential for addressing health inequities, in addition to the potential for productive collaborations with delivery system innovators and leaders.
