30% of Doctoral Directory postdocs obtained faculty jobs
Postdoctoral members of our Doctoral Directory recruiting database get jobs! Of our first cohort from 2011-2012, approximately 30% are now tenure-track faculty. This includes research universities such as Association of American Universities member institutions.
Below is a roster of current faculty webpages of Doctoral Directory postdoc alumni from our 2011 thru 2014 cohorts. We also list the institution where the individual was a postdoc at the time that they were a Doctoral Directory member. For example, Dr. Omar Z. Fisher was an MIT postdoc in our database; and, he was an Assistant Professor at Temple University.
For comparison, a 10-year analysis of Stanford PhD graduate students found that only 30% were tenure-track faculty (see slide 12). The 30% outcome from the DiverseScholar cohort is similar to this very selective Stanford cohort.

To our knowledge, no other diversity publisher/recruiter has such job outcomes data. Note that postdoc's partially redacted CVs were published online in 2012 as evidence of Doctoral Directory membership at that time.
